By having submitted your purchase order you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions stated below and we agree to be bound by the same.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with this product for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days from date of purchase by emailing the refund request to: Support@Car-Candy.com with “RETURN” in the subject field. Return instructions will be sent to you.

 

Warranty:

All Car Candy ™ products have a 1 year warranty on the adhesion of the crystals and embellishments. We use an industrial-strength adhesive to adhere all embellishments to our frames and all Car Candy ™ frames are designed to be weather-resistant and to withstand car washes and every day activities. In the rare instance where a crystal or embellishment falls off the frame, we will either send you a replacement crystal/embellishment, or if we no longer carry that frame style or crystal/embellishment, we will (upon receiving the defective frame) give you an equivalent credit to purchase a new frame. To receive a replacement crystal/embellishment, please email us at: Support@Car-Candy.com. Send a close-up photo of your frame and your contact info. We will then send you your replacement crystal/embellishment along with instructions of how to adhere. If we are sending you a credit, please mail the defective frame along with your receipt & contact info to: 4412 Yorkfield Ct. Westlake Village, CA 91361. Upon receiving the frame, we will send you an equivalent credit to purchase a new frame. Any damage caused from improper installation/maintenance or from normal wear is not covered by the warranty.

 

Shipping:

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location & the time of year. If you have any special needs or concerns, we are here to help. Please feel free to email us at support@Car-Candy.com Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed immediately with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

 

Taxes:

Car-Candy.com is required by law to charge California state residents 9.75% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.

 

Privacy:

Your personal information is not shared with any other party. We only request the information we need to process your order.
